The 6L tank provides up to 38 hours of continuous mist. Refill the tank when the water level is low. The humidifier features a low water alert system that provides screen and app notifications to ensure timely refills and continuous operation.

• Primers 3 mesos: If the light has issues within 3 months, Mars Hydro will send parts for repair or you may return it to our service center (return shipping fee paid by Mars Hydro).
• After 3 Months (within 1 year): Mars Hydro will send free parts for repair. If you send the light for repair, you are responsible for shipping fees to the service center.

9.2 Over 1 Year Warranty

After the initial 1-year warranty period, support is available for:

• Up to 20% of LED diodes.
• Up to 30% of the power supplies.

You can send the light to our service center for repair, but you will be responsible for shipping fees (back/forth), repair fees, and additional parts if needed. If additional parts are required, their cost and associated shipping will be your responsibility.

9.3 Post Warranty Service & Parts

After your warranty expires, you are welcome to send your light in for repair or purchase parts. You will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping fees, parts fees, and repair fees.
