Verifiqueu la compatibilitat del sistema: Ensure your device (laptop, desktop) runs on a supported operating system: Windows 10/11, Mac OS 11 or later, Linux 3.10 or later, or Chrome OS. Mobile phones are not supported.

Connecteu l'adaptador al vostre dispositiu: Plug the provided 0.5M 40Gbps USB-C cable into the USB-C port on the WAVLINK adapter and then connect the other end to a compatible USB-C/Thunderbolt port on your computer.

Connecteu-vos a la xarxa: Insert a Cat6a or Cat7 Ethernet cable (recommended for 10Gbps speeds) into the RJ45 10G Ethernet Port on the adapter. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to your router, Ethernet switch, or wall outlet.

Instal·lació del controlador: In most cases, the adapter will be plug-and-play. However, if your operating system does not automatically install the necessary drivers, please use the provided Driver Download CD or visit the WAVLINK official website to download and install the latest drivers for your OS.

Instruccions de funcionament
Once the adapter is properly connected and drivers are installed (if necessary), your device should automatically detect the wired network connection.
- Connexió de xarxa: The adapter will establish a wired network connection, replacing or supplementing your wireless connection.
- Speed Adaptation: The adapter supports adaptive speeds of 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10Gbps, automatically adjusting to the highest speed supported by your network infrastructure.
- Indicadors: Observe the Link Speed and Data Activity indicators near the RJ45 port (refer to Figure 6). These LEDs provide visual feedback on the connection status and data flow.
- Low-Power State: The adapter is designed to enter a low-power state when an active link partner is not present, conserving energy.
