4. Configuració

4.1. Instal·lació de bateries

  3. Insert two (2) AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Batteries are not included in the package.

  1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the scanner.
  2. Gently insert a Micro SD (TF) card (up to 32GB) into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.

The scanner is designed for standalone use, but you can connect it to a computer to transfer scanned files.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Encès / apagat

  • To power on: Press and hold the 'Power/Scan' button until the display lights up.
  • To power off: Press and hold the 'Power/Scan' button until the display turns off. The scanner also features an automatic power-off function after 3 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery.

5.2. Adjusting Settings (DPI and File Format)

Use the buttons on the scanner to cycle through resolution (DPI) and file format (JPG/PDF) options. The current settings will be displayed on the TN status panel.

  • DPI Selection: Press the 'DPI' button to switch between 300, 600, and 900 DPI resolutions. Higher DPI provides better image quality but results in larger file sizes and longer scan times.
  • File Selecció de format: Press the 'Mode' button to toggle between JPG and PDF file formats.

5.3. Scanning a Document

  1. Place the document you wish to scan on a flat, stable surface.

  3. Position the scanner at the top edge of the document, ensuring the entire width of the document is covered by the scanner's sensor.
  4. Press the 'Power/Scan' button once to start scanning. The scan indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Slowly and steadily glide the scanner downwards over the document. Maintain even pressure and speed for optimal results.
  6. Once you reach the end of the document, press the 'Power/Scan' button again to stop scanning. The scan indicator light will turn off.
  7. The scanned image will be automatically saved to the Micro SD card in the selected format and resolution.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja de l'escàner

  • Use the provided cleaning cloth to gently wipe the scanner's lens and exterior.
  • Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these can damage the scanner.
  • Ensure the lens is free of dust and smudges for clear scan results.

When the scanner's display indicates low battery or the device fails to power on, replace the AA batteries as described in Section 4.1.

6.3. Emmagatzematge

When not in use, store the scanner in its carry bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
