4. Primers passos
4.1 Notes importants
- Compatibilitat de xarxa: Due to network frequency band differences, this mobile phone may not function normally in certain countries, including Colombia, India, Türkiye, Chile, Azerbaijan, Tanzania, and Australia. Please verify compatibility with your local network provider before use.
- Targeta SIM: This product does not include a SIM card. Please purchase one locally from your network provider.
- Càrrega inicial: For the first use, please charge the phone for 3-5 hours. Use the provided Type-C charging cable and a charger that supports 5V1A output.
4.2 SIM Card & Memory Card Installation
The SERVO F8 Ultra supports two Nano SIM cards and one TF (Micro SD) memory card for storage expansion.
- Locate the SIM/Memory card slot on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided Card Removal Pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Place your Nano SIM cards into the designated SIM1 and SIM2 slots.
- If desired, insert a TF (Micro SD) memory card into the dedicated memory card slot.

4.3 Càrrega inicial

- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible 5V1A USB power adapter (not included) and plug it into a power outlet.
- Charge the phone for 3-5 hours before first use to ensure optimal battery performance.

4.4 Encès/Apagat
- Per encendre: Press and hold the Power button (usually on the side) until the screen lights up and the SERVO logo appears.
- Per apagar: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears on the screen. Select "Power off" and confirm.
5. Funcionament bàsic
5.1 Navegació
The SERVO F8 Ultra features both a 2.8-inch touch screen and a physical keypad for navigation.
- Pantalla tàctil: Swipe, tap, and pinch to navigate through menus, open apps, and interact with content.
- Teclat físic: Use the directional keys and number pad for traditional phone functions, text input, and menu navigation.

5.2 Calls & Messaging
- Fer trucades: Dial a number using the physical keypad or the on-screen dialer and press the green call button.
- Contestar trucades: Swipe up on the screen or press the green call button when an incoming call is received.
- Enviament de missatges: Open the Messaging app, compose your message using the keypad or touch screen, and send.
5.3 Càmera
The phone is equipped with a 2MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera.

- Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available Wi-Fi networks.
- Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth in Settings to pair with other Bluetooth devices like headphones or speakers.

5.6 Llanterna
The SERVO F8 Ultra features an independent physical flashlight key for quick access.
- Press the dedicated flashlight button on the side of the phone to instantly turn on the LED strong light.

6. Manteniment
- Neteja: Feu servir un drap suau i sec per netejar la pantalla i la carcassa del telèfon. Eviteu utilitzar productes químics agressius o materials abrasius.
- Cura de la bateria: To prolong battery life, avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures. Do not let the battery completely drain frequently.

7. Solució De Problemes
7.1 Phone Not Turning On After Charging
If your mobile phone has not been used for a long time, its battery power may have completely depleted. Even after connecting to a charger, it might not immediately turn on.
- Ensure you are using the provided Type-C charging cable and a compatible 5V1A charger.
- Charge the mobile phone for at least 3-5 hours continuously.
- After charging, try pressing and holding the Power button again to turn it on.
7.2 SIM Card Not Recognized
If your phone is not reading the SIM card:
- Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted into the tray and the tray is fully seated in the phone.
- Verify that your SIM card's network frequency bands are compatible with the SERVO F8 Ultra (2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz; 3G: WCDMA 1/5/8; 4G: 1/3/5/8/40/41). Contact your local network provider for confirmation.
