WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read all instructions and warnings carefully before using this treadmill.

• Before starting any workout program, consult your doctor. This is especially important for individuals over 35, those with health problems, or pregnant women.
• Keep the equipment in an enclosed area, away from dust or humidity. Do not store it in a garage, indoor backyard, or near water. Humidity, dust, and water can cause malfunctions and void the warranty.
• Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Uneven surfaces can affect proper functioning. Some models include levelers or leveling threads behind the legs; refer to the manual for specific details.
• The unit must be placed in a well-ventilated area. Do not use it in places with sprays or oxygen dispensers, as this can affect the air you breathe and cause accidents.

4.1 Armrest Installation (if needed)

If your model requires armrest installation, use the provided M4*16 screws to secure the armrest to the main body.

4.2 Manual Slope Installation

The treadmill features manual incline adjustment. To set the incline:

1. Locate the folding foot pedals on the treadmill platform.
2. Use the provided M8x30 screws and M8 nuts to fix the foot pedals into the desired incline position.
3. Repeat this operation on the other side to ensure balanced support.

Ensure that the support feet are properly adjusted to avoid unnecessary injuries. The height-increasing foot pads should only be used after the support feet have been fully extended. If the rear cover touches the ground, adjust the height of the rear foot pads by rotating them to prevent scraping.

5. Treadmill Operation
