2.2 Attaching Cleaning Heads

The device comes with two replaceable cleaning heads:

To attach a cleaning head:

1. Select the desired cleaning head.
2. Align the cleaning head with the device's tip.

4. Manteniment

4.1 Neteja del dispositiu

1. After each use, turn off the device and remove the cleaning head.
2. Rinse the cleaning head under running water to remove any debris.

5. Solució De Problemes

5.1 El dispositiu no s'encén

• Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charging cable and allow sufficient time to charge.
• Long press the power button for at least 3 seconds to ensure it registers the power-on command.

5.2 No Ultrasonic Vibration

• Remember the Intelligent Recognition Technology: The device only vibrates when the cleaning head touches a hard surface (like teeth or metal). It will not vibrate when held in the air or touching soft tissues.
• Ensure the cleaning head is securely attached and tightened with the wrench.
• Check if the device is powered on and a cleaning mode is selected.
