Instruccions importants de seguretat

• Drip Coffee Side: Includes a water reservoir, filter basket for ground coffee, and a glass carafe with a warming plate.
• Espresso Side: Features a steam espresso boiler, portafilter with interchangeable filter baskets (single/double shot), espresso carafe, and a steam nozzle with frothing attachment.

Guia de configuració

1. Desembalatge: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Ensure all components listed in the "Product Components" section are present.
2. Neteja inicial: Wash all removable parts (carafes, filter baskets, portafilter, drip tray) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp tela.
3. Posicionament: Place the machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine.

5. First Use Cycle (Drip Coffee):
   • Fill the drip coffee water reservoir with fresh, cold water to the maximum level.

   • Turn on the drip coffee function and allow a full cycle of water to run through. Discard the water.

   • Attach the empty portafilter (without coffee) to the espresso brew head.
   • Place the espresso carafe under the portafilter.
   • Turn on the espresso function and allow a full cycle of water to run through. Discard the water.

Instruccions de funcionament

Brewing Drip Coffee

1. Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Open the lid on the drip coffee side and fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water to your desired level. The carafe has markings to guide you.
2. Afegeix el marc de cafè: Insert a paper filter (or use the reusable filter) into the swing-out filter basket. Add your desired amount of ground coffee. Close the filter basket.

3. Col·loca la garrafa: Ensure the glass carafe is correctly positioned on the warming plate.
4. Selecciona la intensitat de la infusió (opcional): If your model has a brew strength selector (e.g., "Bold" or "Standard"), choose your preference. Bold setting typically slows the brewing process for a richer flavor.
5. Comença a fer cervesa: Press the "Coffee" power button. The indicator light will illuminate, and brewing will begin.
6. Pause Feature: The machine features a 20-second pause function, allowing you to temporarily remove the carafe for a mid-brew pour without dripping.
7. Mantenir-se calent: After brewing, the warming plate will keep the coffee hot for a period.

Elaboració d'espresso

1. Omplir el dipòsit d'aigua: Open the lid on the espresso side and fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water.

2. Preparació del portafiltre: Select the appropriate filter basket (single or double shot) and place it into the portafilter. Add finely ground espresso coffee. Tamp the coffee firmly using the tamper tool (if included).
3. Connecteu el portafiltre: Align the portafilter with the brew head and twist it firmly to the right until it is securely locked in place.

4. Col·loca la garrafa: Place the espresso carafe (or espresso cups) under the portafilter spouts.
5. Comença a fer cervesa: Press the "Espresso" power button. The indicator light will blink while heating, then become steady when ready. Press the "Espresso" button again to start brewing.
6. Atura la cervesa: Manually press the "Espresso" button again to stop the flow once the desired amount of espresso is brewed.

Frothing Milk (for Cappuccinos/Lattes)

1. Preparar la llet: Fill a metal frothing pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy) to about one-third full.
2. Activa Steam: Turn the steam control knob to the "Steam" position. The indicator light will blink while heating, then become steady when ready.
3. Vareta de vapor de purga: Briefly open the steam valve to release any condensed water. Close the valve.
4. Escuma de llet: Immerse the steam nozzle just below the surface of the milk. Open the steam valve slowly. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam.

5. Atura el vapor: Once desired foam is achieved, close the steam valve and remove the pitcher.

Neteja i Manteniment

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee machine. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

• Neteja diària:
  • Wash the drip coffee carafe, espresso carafe, filter baskets, and portafilter in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  • Buideu i esbandiu la safata de degoteig.

  • Clean the steam wand immediately after each use as described in the "Frothing Milk" section.
• Descalcificació: Over time, mineral deposits can build up in the machine, affecting performance. Descale your machine every 2-3 months, or more frequently if you have hard water.
  • Use a commercial descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines, or a solution of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio).
  • Follow the descaling instructions provided with your descaling solution or refer to the detailed descaling procedure in the full product manual.
  • Run several cycles of clear water through both the drip coffee and espresso sides after descaling to rinse thoroughly.
