Follow these steps carefully for proper installation and to ensure maximum holding power and damage-free removal.

- Netegeu la superfície: Wipe the desired surface with rubbing alcohol. Do not use household cleaners, as they may leave a residue that prevents proper adhesion.
- Dry the surface: Ensure the surface is completely dry before applying the adhesive strips.
- Temperatura: The indoor temperature must be between 50°F (10°C) and 105°F (40°C) for optimal adhesion.
- Wait after painting: If the wall has been recently painted, wait at least one day for the paint to cure before applying the hook.

Applying the Hook
- Separate strips: Take two jumbo adhesive strips and separate them.
- Apply to hook: Remove the red liner from one side of each strip and press them firmly onto the back of the hook. Ensure the tabs extend slightly below the hook for easy removal later.
- Apply to wall: Remove the black liners from the exposed side of the strips. Press the hook firmly against the prepared wall surface for 30 seconds.
- Secure the hook: Slide the hook up and off the mounting base. Press the base firmly for another 30 seconds to ensure strong adhesion.
- Espera: Wait 1 hour before sliding the hook back onto the base and hanging any items. This allows the adhesive to reach its maximum holding strength.

To remove the Command Hook and adhesive strips without damaging your surface, follow these steps:
- Remove the hook: Slide the hook up and off the mounting base.
- Hold the base: Gently hold the top of the mounting base in place. Do not press down on the base.
- Stretch the strip: Slowly stretch the adhesive strip straight down along the wall. Keep stretching the strip until the base releases from the wall. The strip should stretch at least 15 inches (38 cm) to release cleanly.
- Do not pull away: Never pull the strip towards you or away from the wall, as this can cause damage.

Maintenance and Reuse
The hook itself is reusable. To reuse the hook, simply purchase Command Refill Strips (Jumbo size) and follow the installation instructions again.
