1. Configuració

1.1 Desembalatge i neteja inicial

1. Carefully remove all packaging materials from the coffeemaker.
2. Wash the glass carafe and its lid, the filter holder, and the permanent filter (if included) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

1.3 Water Filter Installation

The coffeemaker features a duo-filter water-filtration system. Refer to the filter packaging for specific installation instructions. Generally, the filter is placed within the water reservoir or filter basket.

2.2 Adding Ground Coffee

1. Swing out the filter holder.
2. Place a paper filter (size 4 cone filter) or the permanent filter into the filter holder.
3. Add the desired amount of ground coffee. A general guideline is one level tablespoon of coffee per cup, but adjust to your taste.
4. Swing the filter holder back into place, ensuring it is securely closed.

1. Place the empty glass carafe with its lid on the warming plate. Ensure the carafe is properly seated to activate the brew-pause feature.

2.4 Brew-Pause Feature

The coffeemaker is equipped with a brew-pause feature, allowing you to temporarily remove the carafe to pour a cup of coffee before the brewing cycle is complete. The flow of coffee will automatically stop. Replace the carafe within 20 seconds to prevent overflow.

For safety and energy conservation, the coffeemaker will automatically shut off two hours after the brewing cycle is completed.

1. Fill the water reservoir with a solution of white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio, e.g., 4 cups vinegar to 8 cups water).
