4. Muntatge i muntatge
- Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (except the motor unit) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.

- Insert the metal worm gear into the grinding head.
- Place the cutting blade onto the shaft of the worm gear, ensuring the sharp edge faces outwards towards the grinding plate.
- Select the desired grinding plate (fine or coarse) and place it over the cutting blade, aligning the notch with the pin on the grinding head.
- Screw the metal collar onto the grinding head assembly clockwise until it is securely tightened.
- Attach the assembled grinding head to the motor unit by inserting it into the front opening and turning the locking knob until it clicks into place.
- Place the feeding tray on top of the grinding head.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Mòlta de carn
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled for meat grinding (cutting blade and desired grinding plate).
- Cut meat into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube (approximately 2-3 cm cubes). Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
- Place the cut meat onto the feeding tray.
- Place a suitable bowl or container under the outlet of the grinding head to collect the ground meat.

- Switch the appliance ON.
- Using the food pusher, gently feed the meat into the feeding tube. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat.
- After grinding, switch the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.
5.2. Using the Cookie/Pastry Attachment
- Assemble the grinding head without the cutting blade and grinding plate. Instead, attach the cookie/pastry attachment to the end of the worm gear and secure it with the metal collar.
- Prepare your dough according to your recipe. The dough should be firm enough to hold its shape but soft enough to be extruded.
- Place the dough onto the feeding tray.

- Gently feed the dough into the feeding tube using the food pusher. The dough will be extruded in the desired shape.
- Cut the extruded dough to the desired length.
- After use, switch the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.
6. Neteja i Manteniment
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your meat grinder.
- Desconnecteu sempre l'aparell abans de netejar-lo.
- Disassemble the grinding head assembly by reversing the assembly steps.
- Wash all removable parts (feeding tray, food pusher, worm gear, cutting blade, grinding plates, attachments, metal collar) in warm, soapy water. Use a brush to remove any food residue from the grinding plates and blade.

- Dry all metal parts immediately and completely to prevent rust. A small amount of cooking oil can be applied to metal parts (especially the grinding plates and blade) before storage to further prevent rust.

- Reassemble the dry parts or store them in a dry place.
