4. Configuració

The HEM-780 can be powered by either the included AA batteries or the AC adapter.

4. Secure the cuff with the Velcro material. The cuff should make direct contact with your skin, but you should be able to fit your index finger easily between the cuff and your arm.
5. Place your arm on a table so that the cuff is positioned at the same level as your heart.
