3. Configuració inicial i primer ús
3.1 Desembalatge
- Traieu tots els materials d'embalatge de l'aparell.
- Comproveu que totes les peces estiguin presents i sense danys.
- Col·loqueu la màquina sobre una superfície estable, anivellada i resistent a la calor.
3.2 Neteja abans del primer ús
- Renteu el dipòsit d'aigua, el portafiltre, les cistelles del filtre i la safata de degoteig amb aigua tèbia i sabó. Esbandiu-ho bé i eixugueu-ho.
- Ompliu el dipòsit d'aigua amb aigua fresca i freda fins a la marca MAX.
- Place an empty cup under the portafilter and steam wand.
- Plug in the machine. Press the Power button.
- Once the machine is heated (indicator light stable), press the Espresso button to run water through the system. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- Turn the steam knob to release steam through the steam wand for a few seconds.

4. Funcionament de la màquina d'espresso
4.1 Elaboració d'espresso

- Add finely ground espresso coffee to the filter basket. Use the measuring scoop for accurate dosing.

- Insert the portafilter into the brewing head and turn it firmly to the right until it is securely locked.
- Place one or two espresso cups on the drip tray, under the portafilter spouts.
- Press the Power button to turn on the machine. Wait for the indicator light to become stable, indicating the machine is preheated.
- Press the Espresso button. The machine will begin brewing.
- Once the desired amount of espresso is dispensed, press the Espresso button again to stop the flow.
- Carefully remove the portafilter by turning it to the left. Discard the used coffee grounds.

4.2 Escuma de llet (vareta de vapor)
- Ompliu una gerra d'escuma d'acer inoxidable amb llet freda (làctica o no làctica) fins a un terç de la seva capacitat.
- Press the Steam button on the control panel. Wait for the indicator light to become stable, indicating the steam function is ready.
- Col·loca la vareta de vapor just a sota de la superfície de la llet.
- Turn the steam knob counter-clockwise to release steam.
- Move the pitcher up and down gently to create foam. For latte art, aim for a silky, micro-foam texture.
- Once the milk reaches the desired temperature and consistency, turn the steam knob clockwise to stop the steam.

- Press the Steam button again to turn off the steam function.

5. Neteja i Manteniment
Una neteja regular garanteix un rendiment òptim i allarga la vida útil de la teva màquina d'espresso.
5.1 Neteja diària
- Portafiltres i cistelles de filtre: Després de cada ús, traieu el portafiltre, llenceu els mòlts de cafè i esbandiu-lo bé amb aigua corrent.

5.2 Descalcificació
Descaling should be performed regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use (e.g., every 2-3 months). Use a commercially available descaling solution suitable for espresso machines.

- Col·loqueu un recipient gran sota el portafiltre i la vareta de vapor.
- Enceneu la màquina i deixeu-la escalfar.
- Run approximately half of the descaling solution through the brewing head by pressing the Espresso button.
- Open the steam knob to release the remaining solution through the steam wand.
- Apagueu la màquina i deixeu-la reposar durant 15-20 minuts perquè la solució faci efecte.
- Esbandiu bé el dipòsit d'aigua i ompliu-lo amb aigua fresca.
- Run several full tanks of fresh water through both the brewing head and steam wand to rinse out any descaling solution residue.
