Instruccions de configuració

Instruccions de funcionament

Ús del cronògraf:

1. Premeu MODE to navigate to the Chronograph mode.

3. Premeu INICI/DIVISIÓ again to record lap/split times (up to 30 laps).
4. Premeu STOP/RESET to pause the chronograph. Press again to resume or hold to reset to zero.
5. To recall lap memory, press CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR while in Chronograph mode.

Ús del temporitzador de compte enrere:

1. Premeu MODE to navigate to the Timer mode.
2. Mantén premut CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR to set the desired countdown time. Adjust hours, minutes, and seconds using INICI/DIVISIÓ or STOP/RESET.
3. Premeu CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR per salvar.
4. Premeu INICI/DIVISIÓ per començar el compte enrere.
5. The timer will beep when it reaches zero. Press STOP/RESET to silence and reset.

Resistència a l'aigua:

Your Timex Ironman watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). This makes it suitable for swimming, showering, and snorkeling. It is no recomanable for scuba diving or high-impact water sports where water pressure may exceed the rating.

Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water, as this can compromise the water resistance seal.
