Configuració

The OMRON HEM-907XL can be powered using the included AC adapter or the rechargeable battery pack.
- Adaptador de CA: Connect the AC adapter to the designated port on the monitor and plug it into a standard electrical outlet.

Select the appropriate cuff size for the patient's arm circumference. Ensure the cuff fits snugly but not too tightly. The index mark on the cuff should align with the brachial artery.
- Connect the air tube from the cuff securely to the air jack on the monitor.
- Wrap the cuff around the patient's upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow.
- Ensure the air tube runs down the center of the arm in line with the middle finger.

Funcionament
Procediment bàsic de mesura
Follow these steps for a standard blood pressure measurement:
- Assegureu-vos que el pacient estigui assegut còmodament amb el braç recolzat a l'alçada del cor.
- Premeu el botó ON/OFF botó per encendre el dispositiu.
- Seleccioneu el mode de mesura desitjat mitjançant el botó MODE dial (Single, Average, Manual, Check). For most measurements, the Solter or Mitjana s'utilitza el mode.
- Premeu el botó COMENÇA button to begin the measurement. The cuff will automatically inflate.
- Mantingueu-vos quiets i en silenci durant la mesura.
- Once the measurement is complete, the blood pressure readings (Systolic, Diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- Premeu el botó STOP button to deflate the cuff and turn off the device, or it will auto-shutoff after 5 minutes of inactivity.

The OMRON HEM-907XL offers three primary measurement modes:
- Mode únic: Performs a single blood pressure measurement with automatic inflation.
- Average Mode (AVG): Automatically measures blood pressure two or three times consecutively and displays the average reading. This mode is often recommended for more accurate results.
- Auscultation Mode (MANU): Allows for manual blood pressure readings using a stethoscope. This mode provides automatic inflation and deflation but requires manual auscultation for readings.
- Check Mode (CHECK): Used to verify the accuracy of the pressure display.

Neteja
- Wipe the monitor unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- The arm cuffs are reusable and can be cleaned according to the instructions provided with the cuffs. Typically, they can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild disinfectant. Ensure cuffs are completely dry before storage.
