3.1 Accessing the Timer Mechanism

1. Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Turn off the circuit breaker supplying power to the timer. Verify power is off using a voltage provador.
2. Open Timer Enclosure: Open the timer's outer housing.
3. Remove Insulator Shield: Carefully remove any insulator shield covering the electrical terminals.
4. Remove Timer Mechanism: Locate the metal clip holding the timer mechanism in place. Press the clip and gently lift the entire mechanism out of the enclosure.

3.2 Replacing the Clock Motor

1. Locate Motor: Turn the timer mechanism over to expose the clock motor, typically labeled WG1573-5.
2. Desconnectar els cables: Unscrew the terminal screws holding the old motor's wires. Carefully disconnect the two wires from the motor.

2. Turn Dial: Rotate the dial in either direction until the current time of day aligns with the tip of the time-of-day pointer. The dial features 15-minute increments for precise setting.
3. Push In Dial: Once the time is set, push the dial back into place to re-engage the gears.

4.2 Setting ON/OFF Times (Trippers)

The timer uses ON and OFF trippers to automate switching. These trippers attach to the perimeter of the yellow clock dial.

• ON Tripper: The ON tripper has a tab closer to the center of the dial. When the dial rotates and the ON tripper engages the top of the switch, it turns the timer ON.
• OFF Tripper: The OFF tripper has a tab closer to the edge of the dial. When the dial rotates and the OFF tripper engages the bottom of the switch, it turns the timer OFF.
• Ajust dels disparadors: To adjust the ON/OFF times, loosen the screw on the tripper, slide it to the desired time on the dial, and tighten the screw.

The timer includes a manual switch lever for temporary operation. Moving the lever to the left opens the contacts (OFF), and moving it to the right closes the contacts (ON). This manual operation will be overridden by the next scheduled ON or OFF tripper event.
