1. Introducció

The ABB S203-C32 is a three-pole miniature circuit breaker (MCB) designed for reliable protection of electrical circuits against overloads and short circuits. 3. Instal·lació

3.1 Muntatge en carril DIN

1. Ensure the main power supply to the distribution board is switched off and locked out.
2. Align the circuit breaker with the DIN rail.
3. Press the circuit breaker firmly onto the DIN rail until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely seated.

3.2 Connexions de cablejat

The S203-C32 features three poles for three-phase circuit protection. It is equipped with twin terminals that allow for secure wiring.

1. Strip the insulation from the conductor ends to the recommended length (typically 12-14 mm).

4. Funcionament

The ABB S203-C32 circuit breaker operates automatically to protect electrical circuits. It has two primary states: ON and OFF, and an automatic trip state.

• Posició ON: When the toggle switch is in the upward position, the circuit is closed, allowing current to flow.
• Posició OFF: When the toggle switch is in the downward position, the circuit is open, interrupting current flow. This position is used for manual disconnection.
• Posició disparada: In the event of an overload or short circuit, the circuit breaker will automatically trip, moving the toggle switch to an intermediate or fully down position (depending on the specific mechanism). This indicates a fault in the circuit.

To reset a tripped circuit breaker, first identify and rectify the cause of the trip (e.g., remove overloaded devices or fix short circuits). Then, firmly push the toggle switch all the way down to the OFF position, and then back up to the ON position.

5. Manteniment

6. Solució De Problemes
