Configuració

1. Preparació de la superfície: Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, dust, and other contaminants. For optimal adhesion, surfaces may require light sanding and cleaning with an appropriate solvent.
2. Temperatura: For best results, apply the foam at room temperature (65-75°F / 18-24°C).
3. Preparació del producte: Before use, ensure both components of the urethane foam are at the recommended temperature. Attach the mixing nozzle securely to the cartridge.
4. Dispensing Gun: Load the cartridge into a suitable two-component dispensing gun. Dispense a small amount of material onto a disposable surface until a consistent, uniform color is achieved, indicating proper mixing.

Instruccions de funcionament

Once the product is prepared and the mixing nozzle is attached, apply the foam directly into the desired void or area. The foam will expand and cure, providing sound deadening and vibration damppropietats d'ening.

• Aplicació: Apply steadily and evenly. Avoid overfilling as the foam will expand.
• Temps de treball: The working time for this product is approximately 25 minutes. Plan your application accordingly.
• Establir hora: The foam will begin to set within 30 minutes. Avoid disturbing the applied foam during this period.
• Paint Time: The foam can be painted after 30 minutes, if desired.

Manteniment

• Emmagatzematge: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure caps are securely replaced on unused cartridges.
• Nozzle Disposal: Dispose of used mixing nozzles properly after each use, as they cannot be reused once the material has cured inside.
• Neteja d'equips: Clean dispensing guns and any tools immediately after use with an appropriate solvent before the foam cures.

Resolució de problemes

• Poor Mixing/Inconsistent Cure:

  Problema: Foam does not cure properly or remains tacky.

  Solució: Ensure the mixing nozzle is correctly attached and that a sufficient amount of material was purged before application to ensure proper component ratio. Verify product temperature is within recommended range.
• Insufficient Expansion:

  Problema: Foam does not expand as expected.

  Solució: Check product temperature. Cold product may not expand fully. Ensure the cartridge is not expired.

• Broquet obstruït:

  Problema: Material flow is restricted or stops.

  Solució: Replace the mixing nozzle. Do not attempt to clear a clogged nozzle by force, as this may damage the cartridge or dispensing gun.
