This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your InFocus IN1102 Ultra Mobile Widescreen DLP Projector. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the projector to ensure proper functionality and to maximize its performance and lifespan.
The InFocus IN1102 is designed for portability and performance, featuring WXGA native resolution, 2200 lumens brightness, and DisplayLink™ USB connectivity for simplified setup.

Configuració
- Col·locació: Position the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Adjust the front foot to achieve the desired projection angle.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the supplied power cord to the projector's power input socket (refer to Figure 3) and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
- Connecting a Source:
- DisplayLink™ USB: For quick setup, connect the USB (A to mini-B) cable from your computer's USB port to the "Computer 1 DisplayLink" USB port on the projector (refer to Figure 3). This eliminates the need for a separate VGA cable and simplifies configuration.
- VGA: Connect the supplied VGA cable from your computer's VGA output to either the "Computer 1" or "Computer 2" VGA input on the projector (refer to Figure 3).
- Entrades de vídeo: For standard video sources, use the "Video 1" (S-Video) or "Video 2" (Composite) inputs. Connect audio using the "Audio In" port if necessary.
- Encès: Press the power button on the projector's control panel (refer to Figure 4) or the remote control. The projector will initiate its startup sequence.
- Ajust del focus: Rotate the focus ring on the projector lens until the projected image is sharp and clear.

Powering On/Off (LiteSwitch™)
The InFocus IN1102 features LiteSwitch™ technology for instant power on and off. Press the power button once to turn the projector on. To turn it off, press the power button again. There is no "cool down" period required, allowing for faster transitions between meetings.
Using the LiteTouch™ Keypad
The backlit LiteTouch™ control panel on the top of the projector (Figure 4) provides direct access to common functions:

DisplayLink™ Connectivity
When using DisplayLink™ via USB, the projector automatically detects the connection and displays content from your computer. This technology simplifies setup by eliminating the need for complex display settings on your computer.
Image Orientation for Mounting
The InFocus IN1102 supports horizontal image flipping for rear projection setups. However, it does not include a built-in vertical image flip option for ceiling-mounted installations. If ceiling mounting is desired, third-party software on the connected computer may be required to invert the image vertically. Please consult your computer's operating system or display driver settings for this functionality.
Manteniment
Neteja del projector
- Exterior: Utilitzeu un drap suau i sense pelusa lleugerament dampened with water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to wipe the projector's casing. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Lent: Gently clean the projector lens with a lens cleaning cloth or a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or excessive force.

The InFocus IN1102 utilizes DLP® technology with a filter-free design, which reduces the need for regular filter cleaning or replacement, simplifying maintenance.
Resolució de problemes
Si teniu problemes amb el projector, consulteu els problemes i solucions més comuns següents:
- No es mostra cap imatge:
- Assegureu-vos que el projector estigui encès i que elamp està il·luminat.
- Verify that the video cable (USB or VGA) is securely connected to both the projector and the source device.
- Press the "Source" button on the projector or remote to cycle through input sources until the correct one is selected.
- Check your computer's display settings to ensure the external display is enabled or duplicated.

- Image is Trapezoidal (Wider at Top/Bottom):
- Use the "Keystone" adjustment on the control panel to correct the image shape.
- Ideally, position the projector perpendicular to the screen to minimize keystone correction.

- Ensure the audio cable is connected if using VGA or video inputs. DisplayLink™ USB typically carries audio.
- Adjust the volume using the projector's controls or the remote.
