Instal·lació i càrrega de la bateria
To install the battery, open the battery compartment cover on the back of the PSP. Insert the included Lithium Ion battery pack, ensuring proper alignment, and then close the cover. Connect the AC power cord to the 5V AC adapter, and then plug the adapter into the DC IN port on the PSP. Plug the AC power cord into a wall outlet to charge the device. A full charge is recommended before first use.

To power on the PSP, slide the POWER switch located on the top right side of the device upwards and hold until the screen illuminates. To power off, slide and hold the POWER switch upwards again until the system shuts down.

UMD Disc Insertion
The PSP 3000 utilizes Universal Media Discs (UMD) for games and movies. To insert a UMD, locate the UMD drive on the back of the device. Slide the UMD door open, carefully insert the UMD disc with the label facing outwards, and then close the door until it clicks securely.
Memory Stick Duo Slot
The PSP 3000 features a Memory Stick Duo slot for storage expansion. This allows you to store additional games, music, videos, and other media files. Insert the Memory Stick Duo into the designated slot on the side of the device.

The PSP 3000 features a standard set of controls for gaming and navigation:
- Coixinet direccional (D-Pad): Located on the left, used for menu navigation and character movement.
- Stick analògic: Located below the D-Pad, used for precise movement in games. Note: Some users may find this analog stick challenging for certain game types due to its small size and limited range of motion.
- Botons d'acció (Triangle, Cercle, Creu, Quadrat): Located on the right, used for in-game actions and menu selections.
