This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your BUNN DV APS Axiom Dual Voltage Airpot Coffee Brewer. This brewer is designed for commercial use, brewing directly into 1.9 to 3.0 liter airpots (airpots not included).

2. Informació important de seguretat

3. Configuració i instal·lació
3.1 Desembalatge
Carefully remove the brewer from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
3.2 Col·locació
Place the brewer on a level, stable surface capable of supporting its weight when full. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and access.
3.3 Connexió d'aigua
Connect the brewer to a cold water supply with a minimum flow pressure of 20 psi (138 kPa) and a maximum of 90 psi (620 kPa). Use a shut-off valve and a water filter for optimal performance and longevity.
3.4 Connexió elèctrica
The brewer is designed for dual voltage operation. It can be configured for 120V/15A or 120/208-240V/20A. Consult a qualified electrician for proper wiring and voltage conversion if necessary. The main ON/OFF switch is located on the back of the unit.

3.5 Initial Fill and Heating
- Ensure the brew funnel is empty and properly seated.

- Flip the main ON/OFF switch (located on the back) to the 'ON' position.
- The tank will begin to fill and heat. This process may take 15-20 minutes for the first fill. The LCD display will show 'READY TO BREW' and the water temperature when ready.

4.2 Elaboració de cafè
- Place a clean airpot under the brew funnel.
- Insert a BUNN coffee filter into the brew funnel.
- Afegiu la quantitat desitjada de cafè mòlt al filtre.
- Slide the brew funnel into position.
- Press the 'BREW' button on the control panel. The brewing cycle will begin.
- Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the brew funnel and discard the used grounds and filter.

The brewer is equipped with a hot water faucet. To dispense hot water, simply press the lever on the faucet. Exercise caution as the water is very hot.

5. Manteniment i Neteja
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your brewer.
5.1 Neteja diària
- Netegeu les superfícies exteriors amb un anunciamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius.
- Clean the brew funnel and sprayhead after each use.
- Buidar i netejar la safata de goteig regularment.
5.2 Descalcificació
Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance. Descale the brewer periodically (frequency depends on water hardness) using a commercial descaling solution designed for coffee brewers. Follow the descaling product's instructions carefully.
5.3 Substitució del filtre
Ensure you use appropriate paper filters for brewing. Replace the water filter (if installed) according to the manufacturer's recommendations to maintain water quality and prevent scale buildup.
