1. Introducció

4. Muntatge i muntatge

Assembly typically takes several hours. Refer to the illustrations for visual guidance. Required tools include 16mm, 17mm, and 22mm sockets, a torque wrench, and an adjustable wrench.

1. Attach Wheels and Shock Absorbers: Secure the wheels to the trailer frame. Install the shock absorbers, ensuring they are correctly oriented and fastened according to the diagram. Use a 22mm socket for wheel torque.

2. Instal·leu les barres transversals: Attach the two 78-inch crossbars to the trailer frame. Note that the crossbars may not be identical; ensure correct placement as indicated in the assembly diagrams. These crossbars are compatible with all Yakima accessories.
3. Assemble Tongue and Hitch: Connect the trailer tongue to the main frame. Attach the hitch coupler, which includes a carrying handle for ease of movement when detached.

4. Connect Lighting Kit: Install the tail lights and route the wiring harness according to the instructions. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and functional before towing.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Remolc

• Ensure your vehicle is equipped with a 2-inch trailer ball.
• Connect the trailer coupler securely to the hitch ball.
• Attach the safety chains to your vehicle's hitch receiver.
• Connect the electrical wiring harness for trailer lights. Verify all lights (running, brake, turn signals) are functioning correctly.
• The trailer features locking levers with keys to prevent theft of wheels and the tongue. Engage these locks when leaving the trailer unattended.

5.3. Emmagatzematge

The Rack and Roll trailer is designed for compact storage. It can be quickly disassembled and stored vertically against a wall. Follow the reverse of the assembly instructions for disassembly. The integrated carrying handle on the tongue facilitates moving the trailer when unhitched.

6. Manteniment
