1. Introducció

The Polycom SoundPoint IP 331 is an enterprise-grade IP desk phone designed for clear communication and reliable performance. 3. Configuració

3.1 Connexió del telèfon

1. Attach the Desk Stand: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place. The stand allows for two viewangles d'ajust.
2. Connecteu el telèfon: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit.
3. Connecteu-vos a la xarxa i a l'alimentació:
   • Utilitzant Power over Ethernet (PoE): Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to a PoE-enabled network switch or router. The phone will receive power and network connectivity through this single cable.
   • Using an External Power Supply (Not Included): If PoE is not available, connect an appropriate 24V DC power adapter (sold separately) to the 24V DC port on the back of the phone. Then, connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the phone and the other end to your network router or switch.
4. Connect a PC (Optional): If you wish to connect a computer through the phone, connect an Ethernet cable from your PC to the PC port on the back of the phone.

3.2 Arrencada inicial i configuració

Upon successful connection, the phone will power on and begin its boot-up sequence. The display will show various messages as it connects to the network and attempts to provision. Depending on your VoIP service provider, the phone may automatically download firmware updates and configuration settings. If manual configuration is required, please refer to your VoIP service provider's specific instructions.

4. Funcionament del telèfon

4.1 Funcions de trucada bàsiques

• Fer una trucada:
  1. Agafeu el telèfon o premeu Altaveu botó.
  2. Marqueu el número desitjat amb el teclat.
  3. Premeu el botó Marqueu tecla programable o espereu que la trucada es connecti automàticament.
• Respondre una trucada: Quan soni el telèfon, agafeu l'auricular o premeu la tecla Altaveu botó.
• Finalització d'una trucada: Pengeu el telèfon o premeu Finalitzar la trucada soft key (if displayed) or the Altaveu botó.
• Posar una trucada en espera: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Aguanta button. To resume the call, press the Aguanta button again or the corresponding line key.
• Conferència de 3 vies:
  1. Durant una trucada activa, premeu el botó Conf tecla programable. La trucada activa es posa en espera.
  2. Marqueu el número del tercer.
  3. Un cop respongui la tercera persona, premeu la tecla Conf soft key again to join all parties.

4.2 Pantalla i navegació

The graphical LCD display shows call information, menu options, and status indicators. Use the 4-way navigation cluster and the central Seleccioneu button to navigate through menus and select options. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context.
