Total usage of Soothies by Lansinoh Gel Pads (multiple pads) should not exceed three weeks. If nipple pain continues beyond one week or the nipple is cracked, bleeding, scabbed, blistered, or excessively painful, seek the advice of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant or health care provider. Keep out of reach of children.

Preparació
For enhanced cooling, store the pads in a refrigerator before use.
Aplicació
- Open the pack and carefully remove a gel pad from its reusable tray.
- Place the gel side of the Soothies pad directly over the nipple area to provide instant cooling relief.
- Ensure the breast area is clean before reapplication.
During Breastfeeding or Pumping
Remove the gel pads before breastfeeding or pumping. Reapply them to a clean breast area after feeding or pumping.
Reutilitzabilitat
Each pair of pads can be reused for up to 72 hours. After use, place the pads back onto their reusable storage trays to maintain hygiene and prolong their effectiveness.

Loss of Stickiness
If the pads lose their stickiness, gently rinse them with water and allow them to air dry. This can help restore some of the adhesive quality. If stickiness does not return, the pads may need to be replaced.
