This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and care of your Weston Meat Tenderizer Tool & Heavy Duty Cuber, Model 07-3101-W-A. This manual-operation device is designed to tenderize various cuts of meat and create cubed steaks, enhancing texture and flavor.

The unit features durable cast aluminum construction with a food-grade coating and stainless steel blades. It can process meat up to 4.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick. An optional jerky slicer blade set (Model 07-3302-W) can be purchased separately to convert the unit into a jerky slicing machine.

Configuració

  4. Mount to Surface: Place the unit on a clean, stable, and flat countertop. Use the two included C-clamps to firmly secure the base of the tenderizer to the surface. Tighten the clamps until the unit is stable and does not move during operation.

Instruccions de funcionament

  1. Prepare Meat: Ensure meat cuts are boneless and trimmed to fit the chute. The unit can process meat up to 4.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick. For optimal results, meat should not be cut too thin (less than 0.25 inches) or too thick (more than 0.625 inches).
  2. Position Meat: Place a piece of meat into the top chute.
  3. Engage Blades: While holding the crank handle, slowly turn it clockwise. Use the provided tongs or a suitable pusher to gently guide the meat into the rotating blades. Never use your hands or fingers.
  4. Tenderizing: For general tenderizing, pass the meat through the blades once.
  5. Cubed Steaks: To create cubed steaks, pass the meat through the blades once. Then, rotate the meat 90 degrees and pass it through the blades a second time. This cross-cutting action creates the characteristic cubed texture.
  6. Collect Processed Meat: Ensure a clean container is placed beneath the unit to collect the tenderized or cubed meat.

Manteniment i Neteja

Proper cleaning and maintenance are essential for the longevity and hygienic operation of your meat tenderizer.

  1. Desmuntatge: After each use, carefully disassemble the unit. Loosen any hand-tightened screws to remove the top housing and the blade assembly.
