1. Configuració
1.1 Desembalatge i inspecció
Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge. Verifiqueu que hi hagi tots els elements inclosos:
- Un sampling probe assembly
- Dues agulles

- 200 foam seal pads
- Four rechargeable NiCad batteries
- One charger with 115 VAC adapter
1.2 Instal·lació i càrrega de la bateria
- Open the battery compartment located on the back of the analyzer.
- Insert the four rechargeable NiCad batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Tanqueu el compartiment de la bateria de manera segura.
- Connect the charger to the analyzer and plug the 115 VAC adapter into a power outlet. Allow the batteries to charge fully before first use.
Nota: The analyzer must always be used with rechargeable NiCad batteries.
1.3 Attaching the Sampling Sonda
- Carefully attach one of the needles to the sampling probe assembly.

- Install a probe filter into the sampling probe assembly.
2. Instruccions de funcionament
2.1 Engegada/apagada
- To power on the analyzer, press the PODER button. The display will illuminate and show the current oxygen percentage.

- The analyzer features an auto shut-off function after 45 minutes of non-use to conserve battery life.
2.2 Measuring Oxygen Levels
- Ensure the analyzer is powered on and the sampling probe is correctly attached with a fresh needle and filter.
- Place a foam seal pad on the package surface where you intend to sample.
- Carefully pierce the package through the foam seal pad with the sampling needle.
- Premeu el botó BOMBA button to activate the internal pump. The "Sampling" indicator light will illuminate. The pump will draw a sample from the package headspace to the sensor.
- Observe the digital display for the oxygen percentage reading. Allow the reading to stabilize.
- Once the reading is stable, release the BOMBA botó.
- Carefully withdraw the needle from the package.
The analyzer is capable of measuring oxygen levels from very low to very high concentrations (50% to 100%) without sensor overload.
3. Manteniment
3.1 Probe Filter Replacement
Regularly inspect and replace the probe filter to ensure accurate readings and prevent contamination of the sensor. Replace the filter if it appears discolored or clogged.
3.2 Neteja
