2. Instruccions de seguretat

4. Configuració
4.1. Desembalatge
Carefully remove the machine from its packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage during transit. Retain packaging materials for future transport or storage.
4.2. Col·locació
Place the espresso machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 120 pounds). Ensure adequate ventilation around the machine and that it is positioned near a suitable water supply and electrical outlet.
4.3. Connexió d'aigua
This machine requires a direct connection to a water mains supply. Connect the machine's water inlet to a filtered, potable water source using appropriate plumbing fittings. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. It is recommended to install a water filter system to protect the machine from scale buildup.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Initial Startup and Boiler Fill

- Plug in the machine. The automatic electronic water level control will begin filling the boiler.
- Once the boiler is filled, the heating element will activate. Allow the machine to heat up until the manometer indicates the optimal operating pressure (typically 0.8-1.2 bar). This may take 20-30 minutes.
- Purge a small amount of water from each group head and the hot water tap to ensure proper water flow and remove any air.
5.2. Programming Volumetric Dosing
The machine features four programmable cup size selections per group. To program a button:
- Place a portafilter with ground coffee into the group head.
- Press and hold the desired volumetric button until espresso begins to flow.
- Release the button when the desired volume of espresso has been dispensed. The machine will remember this volume for future extractions using that button.
- A dedicated stop button is available for manual control or to interrupt a programmed shot.

- Insert a portafilter with properly ground and tamped coffee into a group head.
- Place your cup(s) beneath the spouts.
- Press the desired programmed volumetric button. The machine will automatically dispense the pre-set amount of espresso.
- For continuous brewing, press the continuous brew button and press the stop button when desired volume is reached.

- Ensure the steam wand is clean and clear.
- Submerge the tip of the 360° swiveling steam nozzle just below the surface of the milk in a pitcher.
- Slowly open the steam tap. Steam will begin to froth the milk.
- Once the desired texture and temperature are achieved, close the steam tap.
