Configuració

1. Instal·lació de bateries

Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the cover and insert the 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.

For best results, step on the scale briefly, then step off. The display will show "0.0" or similar, indicating it is ready for use.

3. Setting Up User Profiles

The EatSmart Precision GetFit scale can store personal data for up to 8 users. This allows the scale to identify you automatically and provide accurate body composition readings.

1. Press the "SET" button to enter user setup mode.
2. Use the arrow buttons (left/right) to select a user number (P1-P8). Press "SET" to confirm.
3. Enter your gender, height, and age using the arrow buttons and "SET" to confirm each selection.
4. Once all personal data is entered, the scale will save the profile and return to weighing mode.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Prendre una mesura

To take a measurement, simply step onto the scale with bare, dry feet. Ensure your feet are positioned on the ITO conductive areas (the metallic-looking strips or transparent coating). The scale will automatically turn on, identify the user (if a profile is set up), and display your weight. After a few seconds, it will cycle through your body composition readings: %Body Fat, % Total Body Water, % Muscle Mass, and Bone Mass.

• For accurate body composition readings, ensure your feet are clean and dry.
• Stand still on the scale until all readings are displayed.
• Consistency is key: weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.

• Pes: Your total body weight in pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg).

Manteniment
