5. Configuració
- Col·locació: Place the power supply on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation space around it. Ensure the rear fan is not obstructed.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Connect the provided power cable to the AC input socket on the rear panel of the device. Plug the other end into a suitable grounded AC power outlet.
- Comprovació inicial: Before connecting any load, ensure the main output voltage and current knobs are set to their minimum positions (fully counter-clockwise).

6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1. Encès / apagat
- Press the "POWER" switch on the front panel to turn the unit ON. The LED displays will illuminate.
- To turn OFF, press the "POWER" switch again.
6.2. Adjustable Main Output (0-30V / 0-5A)
- Càrrega de connexió: Ensure the "OUTPUT" switch is OFF (LED off). Connect your load to the main output terminals (red for positive, black for negative) using 4mm safety banana plugs.
- Configuració Voltage: Use the "VOLTAGE" knob to adjust the desired output voltage. El voltage will be displayed on the right LED display.
- Setting Current Limit: Use the "CURRENT" knob to set the maximum current limit. This is crucial for protecting your circuit. The current limit is displayed on the left LED display when the unit is in Constant Current (CC) mode or when adjusting the knob.
- Activating Output: Una vegada voltage and current limits are set, press the "OUTPUT" switch to turn the output ON (LED illuminates).
- Vol. Constanttage (CV) Mode: When the load current is below the set current limit, the power supply operates in Constant Voltage (CV) mode, maintaining the set voltage. The "CV" indicator LED will be lit.
- Constant Current (CC) Mode: If the load current attempts to exceed the set current limit, the power supply automatically switches to Constant Current (CC) mode, maintaining the set current by reducing the output voltage. The "CC" indicator LED will be lit.
6.3. Vol fixtage Outputs (5V/500mA, 12V/500mA)
The PeakTech 6150 also provides two fixed voltage outputs: 5V at 500mA and 12V at 500mA. These outputs are always active when the unit is powered on and are independent of the main adjustable output.
- Connect your load to the respective 5V/500mA (red/blue terminals) or 12V/500mA (red/blue terminals) safety sockets.
- Ensure the load does not exceed the 500mA current rating for these outputs.

7. Manteniment
The PeakTech 6150 power supply requires minimal maintenance.
