Configuració
- Desempaquetar contingut: Verify all items listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present: corded handset, base, power adapter, line cord, Quick Start Guide, and Owner's Manual.
- Connect the Phone Line: Plug one end of the telephone line cord into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the phone base. Plug the other end into a telephone wall jack.
- Connectar l'alimentació: Plug the small end of the power adapter into the DC IN 6V jack on the back of the phone base. Plug the large end into a standard electrical outlet.
- Install Batteries (for display/memory backup): The phone requires 2 Lithium Ion batteries. Open the battery compartment (usually on the underside of the base) and insert the batteries, observing polarity (+ and - markings). Close the compartment.
- Configuració inicial: The display will prompt you to set the date and time. Follow the on-screen instructions using the MENU/SELECT and arrow keys.

The digital answering system can record up to 25 minutes of messages, outgoing announcements, and memos.
- Activació/desactivació: Premeu el botó ANS ON/OFF button. The indicator light will illuminate when the answering system is on.

- Ometent missatges: Durant la reproducció, premeu SALTAR to advance to the next message.

- Accés remot: You can access your answering system remotely from any touch-tone phone. Refer to the Owner's Manual for the remote access code and instructions.
Identificador de trucades / Trucada en espera
- Viewidentificador de trucades: When a call comes in, the caller's name and number will appear on the extra-large backlit display (if subscribed to Caller ID service).
- Historial de trucades: Premeu el botó HISTORIAL DE TRUCADES botó per tornarview a list of recent incoming calls. Use the CID ▼ i DIR ▲ buttons to scroll through entries.
- Trucada en espera: If you are on a call and another call comes in (requires Call Waiting service), you will hear a tone. Press the FLASH button to switch to the incoming call.
Control de volum
- Handset/Speakerphone Volume: Durant una trucada, premeu el botó VOLUME ▲ or VOLUME ▼ botons per ajustar el volum d'escolta.
