4. Configuració

4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

The device operates on batteries (included). Open the battery compartment cover, typically located on the back or bottom of the main unit. Insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.

5.1 Preparació per a la mesura

• Eviteu menjar, beure alcohol, fumar, fer exercici i banyar-se durant 30 minuts abans de la mesura.
• Descansa almenys 5 minuts abans de prendre una mesura.
• Seieu en una posició còmoda amb l'esquena recolzada i els peus a terra.

5.2 Aplicació del puny

1. Ensure the cuff is placed directly on your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
2. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. It should be tight enough that you can barely slide two fingers underneath.
4. Position the cuff correctly, aligning the artery mark (if present) with your brachial artery.

5.3 Taking a Measurement (One-Touch Operation)
