4. Configuració
4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
The Yato YT-73080 Multimeter requires a 9V battery (not included). To install or replace the battery:
- Assegureu-vos que el multímetre estigui APAGAT.

- Remove the screw(s) securing the cover and carefully lift it off.
- Connect a new 9V battery to the battery clips, observing correct polarity.

4.2 Connexió dels cables de prova

- Always insert the negre cable de prova a la COM Jack (comú).

- For high current measurements (e.g., 10A), insert the vermell test lead into the dedicated 10A jack (if present on your model).
5. Instruccions de funcionament
Before taking any measurement, ensure the test leads are correctly connected and the rotary switch is set to the appropriate function and range.
5.1 Mesurar DC Voltage (V—)
- Connect the red lead to the VΩmA jack and the black lead to the COM jack.

5.2 Mesurar AC Voltage (V∼)
- Connect the red lead to the VΩmA jack and the black lead to the COM jack.
- Ajusteu l'interruptor rotatiu al volum de CA desitjattage (V∼) range. Start with the highest range if the voltage es desconeguda.
- Connecteu les sondes de prova en paral·lel al component o circuit que s'ha de mesurar.

5.3 Measuring DC Current (A—)
CAUTION: Never connect the multimeter in series with a voltage source when set to current measurement, as this can blow the fuse or damage the meter.
- Apagueu el circuit.
- For low current, connect the red lead to the VΩmA jack. For high current (if applicable), connect the red lead to the 10A jack. Connect the black lead to the COM jack.
- Set the rotary switch to the desired DC Current (A—) range. Start with the highest range.
- Break the circuit and connect the multimeter in series with the circuit.

5.4 Mesura de la resistència (Ω)
- Connect the red lead to the VΩmA jack and the black lead to the COM jack.
- Set the rotary switch to the desired Resistance (Ω) range.
- Ensure the component under test is de-energized and isolated from the circuit.

5.5 Prova de díodes
- Connect the red lead to the VΩmA jack and the black lead to the COM jack.
- Set the rotary switch to the Diode symbol (→|).
- Connect the red probe to the anode and the black probe to the cathode of the diode. The display should show a forward voltage drop (e.g., 0.5V to 0.7V for silicon diodes).
- Reverse the probes. The display should show "OL" (Open Loop) for a good diode.
5.6 Prova de continuïtat
- Connect the red lead to the VΩmA jack and the black lead to the COM jack.

6. Manteniment
6.1 Neteja
