1. Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your Intermec Easycoder PC41 Thermal Label Printer. 4. Configuració

4.1 Desembalatge i col·locació

Carefully remove the printer from its packaging. Place the printer on a stable, level surface with adequate space for label loading and output.

4.4 Càrrega d'etiquetes

The PC41 is designed for direct thermal labels. Ensure the labels are compatible with direct thermal printing.

1. Obriu la coberta superior de la impressora.
2. Place the roll of labels onto the media supply spindle, ensuring the labels feed from the bottom of the roll.
3. Feed the leading edge of the labels through the media guides and under the print head assembly.
4. Adjust the media guides to fit the width of your labels snugly but without restricting movement.
5. Close the top cover. The printer may automatically calibrate or feed a few labels.

4.5 Instal·lació del controlador

6. Manteniment

3. Using a lint-free cloth or a print head cleaning pen moistened with isopropyl alcohol, gently wipe the print head surface.
4. Deixeu que el capçal d'impressió s'assequi completament abans de tancar la tapa i engegar la impressora.

6.2 Neteja general

Netegeu l'exterior de la impressora amb un drap suau i secamp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
