Configuració
1. Desembalatge i col·locació
Carefully remove the cassette deck from its packaging. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface, ensuring there is sufficient space around it for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat-generating components or in direct sunlight.
2. Connexions
Before making any connections, ensure the power cord is disconnected from the wall outlet.
- Sortida d'àudio: Connect the AUDIO OUT jacks (RCA L/R) on the rear of the RS-TR232 to the TAPE IN or REC IN jacks on your amplifier or receiver using RCA audio cables.

Instruccions de funcionament
1. Reproducció bàsica
- Premeu el botó PODER per engegar la unitat.
- Premeu el botó EJECTAR button for either Deck 1 or Deck 2 to open the cassette holder.
- Insert a cassette tape with the open side facing up and the tape side facing you. Close the cassette holder.
- Premeu el botó JUGAR button for the desired deck (Deck 1 or Deck 2) to begin playback.
- Ajusteu el volum del vostre amplificador/receptor.

2. Gravació
The RS-TR232 supports recording on both decks, with Deck 2 featuring Auto Reverse for continuous recording.
Normal Recording (Deck 1 or Deck 2)
- Insert a blank, recordable cassette tape into the desired deck.

High-Speed Dubbing (Tape to Tape Copying)
This feature allows for quick copying of tapes from Deck 1 to Deck 2.
- Insert the source tape (tape to be copied) into Deck 1.
- Insert a blank, recordable tape into Deck 2.

3. Dolby Noise Reduction (Dolby B/C)
The RS-TR232 features Dolby B and Dolby C noise reduction systems to reduce tape hiss during playback and recording.

- Use the same Dolby setting for playback as was used during recording for optimal sound quality.
4. HX-Pro Headroom Extension
HX-Pro is an advanced recording technology that extends the high-frequency headroom of the tape, resulting in improved high-frequency response and reduced distortion, especially during recording of dynamic music. This feature operates automatically during recording.
5. Auto Reverse (Deck 2)
Deck 2 is equipped with an Auto Reverse function, allowing continuous playback or recording in both directions of the tape without manually flipping the cassette.
- During playback or recording on Deck 2, the unit will automatically reverse tape direction when it reaches the end of one side.

1. Cleaning the Heads and Capstans
Over time, tape oxide can build up on the tape heads, capstans, and pinch rollers, affecting sound quality. Clean these components regularly (e.g., every 20-30 hours of use).
