Applying Crest 3D Whitestrips

1. Pelar: Peel Whitestrips from the backing liner. You will find two strips per pouch: one longer for the upper teeth and one shorter for the lower teeth.
2. Aplicar: Apply the gel side of the strip to the front of your teeth. Align the straight edge of the strip with your gumline. Fold the remainder of the strip over your teeth and press to secure. Ensure the entire surface area of your teeth is covered.
3. Desgast: For Professional Effects treatments, wear the strips for 45 minutes. For 1 Hour Express treatments, wear for 60 minutes.
4. Eliminar: After the recommended time, peel the strips from the back of your teeth first to ease removal. Discard used strips.
5. Neteja: Brush your teeth gently to remove any residual gel.

Use Professional Effects treatments once a day for 20 days. Use bonus 1 Hour Express strips after the main pack is complete for 60 minutes daily to boost results. You can use up to two kits per year.
