The Cuisinart 3-in-1 Stuffed Burger Press consists of several interlocking parts designed for different patty types:

Configuració

  1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge.
  2. Rentar: Before first use, wash all parts of the burger press with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The press is top-rack dishwasher safe.
  3. Assemble (as needed): For regular or stuffed burgers, ensure the bottom plate is seated correctly in the main press body. For sliders, use the small slider insert.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Making Regular Patties (up to ¾ lb)

  1. Place the main press body on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Form a ball of ground meat (up to ¾ lb) and place it into the main press body.
  3. Place the press handle/lid on top of the meat. Press down firmly and evenly until the patty is formed to your desired thickness.
  4. To remove the patty, push up on the bottom plate of the press. The non-stick surface ensures easy release.

2. Making Stuffed Burgers

  1. Place the main press body on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Form a ball of ground meat (approximately ⅓ to ½ lb) and place it into the main press body.
  3. Detach the inner part of the press handle/lid (the smaller circular piece). Use the outer ring of the press handle to create a deep cavity in the center of the meat.
  4. Fill the cavity with your desired ingredients (e.g., cheese, sautéed onions, bacon bits). Do not overfill.
  5. Form a smaller, thinner patty with additional ground meat and place it on top of the filling to seal the burger.
  6. Reattach the inner part to the press handle/lid and press down firmly to seal the stuffed burger.
  7. To remove the stuffed patty, push up on the bottom plate of the press.

3. Making Sliders

  1. Place the small slider insert on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Form a small ball of ground meat (approximately 1.5 to 2 oz) and place it into the slider insert.
  3. Use the press handle/lid (with the inner part attached) to press down firmly and evenly until the slider patty is formed.
  4. To remove the slider, push up on the bottom of the slider insert.

For best results, ensure your grill is preheated to the appropriate temperature for your meat type. Avoid pressing down on burgers too much during grilling, especially stuffed ones, to retain juices and fillings.
