4. Configuració
4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de les piles a la part posterior del termòmetre.
- Feu lliscar la coberta oberta.
- Introduïu dues piles AAA, assegurant-vos de la polaritat correcta (+ i -).
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Encendre/apagar
Premeu el botó O/I button to turn the thermometer on. The device will perform a self-test and then be ready for measurement. To turn off, press and hold the O/I button, or the device will automatically shut off after approximately 1 minute of inactivity to conserve battery life.
5.2. Taking a Forehead Temperature
- Ensure the thermometer is in forehead measurement mode (indicated on the display, if applicable).
- Hold the thermometer approximately 1-5 cm (0.4-2 inches) from the center of the forehead. The blue positioning light will assist in aiming.

- The measurement will be completed in approximately 3 seconds, and the temperature will be displayed on the screen.
- A short beep indicates the completion of the measurement.

5.3. Taking Object/Liquid Temperature
The Microlife NC 100 can also measure the surface temperature of objects and liquids. To switch to object/liquid mode, refer to the specific instructions in the full manual (if a dedicated button exists, otherwise assume automatic detection or a menu option). Once in object mode, aim the thermometer at the object or liquid surface and press the COMENÇA button. The measurement range for this mode is 0°C to 100°C.
5.4. Funció de memòria
The thermometer stores the last 30 temperature measurements. To recall past readings, press a dedicated memory button (if available) or cycle through the readings using the O/I button after powering on, depending on the device's interface.

6.1. Cleaning the Thermometer
- Use an alcohol swab or a cotton swab moistened with alcohol (70% Isopropyl) to clean the thermometer casing and the measurement sensor.

- Ensure no liquid enters the interior of the thermometer.
6.2. Emmagatzematge
Store the thermometer in its original packaging or a protective case in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
