Configuració
Before using your Timex Ironman watch, ensure it is properly set up for accurate timekeeping and functionality.
Configuració de l'hora i la data
Premeu el botó MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Time Set mode.
Premeu el botó CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR button to enter the setting sequence. The first digit to be set will flash.
Utilitza el INICI/DIVISIÓ button to advance the flashing digit.
Premeu el botó MODE button to move to the next digit or setting (e.g., hours, minutes, seconds, month, day, year).
Repetiu els passos 3 i 4 fins que hàgiu ajustat tots els paràmetres desitjats.
Premeu el botó CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR button to exit Time Set mode and save your changes.
Format 12/24 hores
While in Time Set mode, you can toggle between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour (military) time formats using the STOP/RESET botó quan els dígits de les hores parpellegin.

The watch supports two time zones. To set the second time zone, navigate to the T2 (Time Zone 2) display and follow the same setting procedure as for the main time.

The 100-hour chronograph with 30-lap memory is ideal for tracking workouts and events.
Premeu MODE until "CHRONO" appears on the display.
Premeu INICI/DIVISIÓ per començar a cronometrar.
Premeu INICI/DIVISIÓ again to record a lap/split time. The display will show the split time for a few seconds before returning to the running total.
Premeu STOP/RESET per pausar el cronògraf. Premeu INICI/DIVISIÓ per reprendre, o STOP/RESET de nou per restablir a zero.
Per recuperar els temps de volta, premeu CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR while the chronograph is stopped. Use INICI/DIVISIÓ i STOP/RESET to scroll through recorded laps.
Temporitzador
The 24-hour countdown timer can be used for various timed activities.
Premeu MODE until "TIMER" appears.
Premeu CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR to set the timer duration. Use INICI/DIVISIÓ to adjust digits and MODE per canviar entre hores, minuts i segons.
Premeu CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR to save the duration.
Premeu INICI/DIVISIÓ per començar el compte enrere.
The timer will beep when it reaches zero. Press any button to stop the alarm.
Alarmes
Set up to three daily, weekday, or weekend alarms.
Premeu MODE until "ALARM" appears. Use INICI/DIVISIÓ to cycle through ALM 1, ALM 2, ALM 3.
Premeu CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR to set the alarm time. Adjust digits with INICI/DIVISIÓ and move with MODE.
Després de configurar l'hora, premeu MODE to select alarm frequency (daily, weekday, weekend).
Premeu CONFIGURAR/RECOLGAR per salvar.
To activate/deactivate an alarm, select the alarm (ALM 1, 2, or 3) and press INICI/DIVISIÓ. An alarm icon will appear when active.
Llum nocturna Indiglo

Resistència a l'aigua
This watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for scuba diving. Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged to prevent water entry.

Canvi de bateria
The watch uses 1 Lithium Metal battery (included). Battery life is approximately 2 years. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it's time to replace the battery. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
Neteja
