Configuració
1. Desembalatge i inspecció
Carefully remove the blood pressure monitor and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect the device for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not use the device and contact customer support.

2. Instal·lació de la bateria
The Rossmax CH155 requires 4 AA batteries (included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the device. Open the cover and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3. Connexió del maneguet
Connect the air tube from the arm cuff to the air jack located on the side of the main unit. Ensure the connection is firm and secure to prevent air leakage during measurement.

1. Preparació per a la mesura
- Eviteu menjar, beure alcohol, fumar, fer exercici i banyar-se durant 30 minuts abans de la mesura.
- Descansa almenys 15 minuts abans de prendre una mesura.
- Seieu en una posició còmoda amb l'esquena recolzada i els peus a terra.
- Col·loca el braç sobre una superfície plana de manera que el maneguet quedi a l'alçada del cor.
2. Aplicació del braç
Wrap the cuff firmly around your bare upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight; you should be able to insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
3. Prendre una mesura
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA botó per encendre el dispositiu.
- The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- Un cop finalitzada la mesura, es mostraran a la pantalla la pressió sistòlica, la pressió diastòlica i la freqüència cardíaca.
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA button again to turn off the device, or it will automatically shut off after 1 minute of inactivity.

Manteniment
- Neteja: Wipe the device and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Emmagatzematge: Guardeu el dispositiu en un lloc fresc i sec, allunyat de la llum solar directa i de temperatures extremes. Mantingueu-lo fora de l'abast dels nens.
- Substitució de la bateria: Substituïu les quatre piles AA quan aparegui l'indicador de pila baixa a la pantalla.
