1. Introducció

3. Informació de seguretat

To ensure safe operation and prolong the life of your device, please observe the following safety guidelines:

• Do not expose the base unit to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
• The outdoor sensor is weather-resistant but should be placed in a sheltered location to protect it from direct rain and prolonged sun exposure for optimal performance and longevity.

4. Configuració

4.1. Alimentació dels dispositius

1. Sensor exterior: Open the battery compartment on the back of the thermal hygrotransmitter. Insert 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
2. Unitat base:

   • Mains Power Operation: Connect the provided mains power adapter to the DC input port on the base unit and plug it into a power outlet. When powered by the adapter, the display backlight can be permanently activated and adjusted to two brightness levels. The display can also be switched off completely.

4.3. Initial Synchronization and Radio-Controlled Clock

Once both the base unit and outdoor sensor are powered on, they will automatically attempt to synchronize. The outdoor temperature and humidity should appear on the base unit's display within a few minutes. The base unit will also automatically search for the DCF 77 radio signal to set the time and date. This process may take several minutes or hours depending on your location and signal strength.

5.2. Previsió meteorològica

The weather station provides a local weather forecast for the next 12 hours based on changes in atmospheric pressure. The animated symbols (e.g., sunny, partly cloudy, cloudy, rainy, snowy) visually represent the predicted weather conditions. Note that this is a local forecast based on your immediate environment and may differ from regional forecasts.

5.3. Radio-Controlled Clock and Alarm

The integrated radio-controlled clock automatically synchronizes with the DCF 77 signal, ensuring highly accurate timekeeping. It displays the current time and date.
