5. Configuració
5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria
The Omron M300 operates on 4 AAA batteries.
- Open the battery cover located on the bottom or back of the main unit.
- Insert four AAA batteries according to the polarity markings (+/-) inside the battery compartment.

When the battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four batteries with new ones.
6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1 Preparació per a la mesura

- Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor and your back supported.

6.2 Aplicació del braçalet
- Insert the air plug into the air jack on the main unit.
- Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper left arm, approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow. Ensure the air tube runs down the center of your arm.
- The bottom edge of the cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above the elbow.
- Ensure the cuff is not too tight or too loose. The cuff wrap guide indicator on the display will confirm correct placement.
6.3 Prendre una mesura
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA botó. El maneguet començarà a inflar-se automàticament.

- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed.
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA button again to turn off the unit. The unit will automatically turn off after 2 minutes of inactivity.

- Systolic Pressure (SYS): The highest pressure when your heart beats.
- Diastolic Pressure (DIA): The lowest pressure when your heart rests between beats.
