Configuració

- Install Grease Tray: Slide the grease collection tray into its designated slot beneath the cooking plate.
- Install Gas Cartridge:
- Open the gas cartridge compartment cover.

- Insert a compatible bayonet-type gas cartridge into the compartment, aligning it correctly.

- Attach Cooking Plate: Place the non-stick cooking plate securely on top of the barbecue unit.

Instruccions de funcionament
- Encesa:
- Ensure the gas cartridge is correctly installed and there are no leaks.
- Turn the control knob slowly counter-clockwise to the "MAX" position. You should hear a click from the piezo ignition, and the burner should ignite.
- If the burner does not ignite after a few attempts, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the ignition process.
- Ajust de calor: Once ignited, adjust the flame intensity by turning the control knob between "MIN" and "MAX" to achieve the desired cooking temperature.
- Cuina: Place food directly onto the non-stick cooking plate. Monitor cooking progress and adjust heat as necessary.
- Apagar: After cooking, turn the control knob clockwise to the "OFF" position. Ensure the flame is extinguished.
- Refredament: Allow the barbecue to cool completely before handling, cleaning, or storing.
