Configuració
Follow these steps to set up your PondoCompact 500i fountain pump:
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove the pump and all accessories from the packaging. Check for any damage.
- Col·locació: Position the pump on a stable, level surface within your pond or water feature. The pump is designed for submersible use. Ensure it is fully submerged in water.
- Enganxament de broquet: Attach the desired fountain nozzle (not included, typically) to the pump's outlet. Ensure a secure fit to prevent leaks.
- Hose Connection (if applicable): If connecting to a filter or other water feature, attach the appropriate hose to the pump outlet. Secure with a hose clamp si cal.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Once the pump is correctly positioned and submerged, connect the power plug to a properly installed and protected electrical outlet.

Instruccions de funcionament
The PondoCompact 500i is designed for continuous operation. Once connected to power and fully submerged, the pump will begin to circulate water.
- Posada en marxa inicial: After connecting to power, the pump will start immediately. Ensure the water level is sufficient to keep the pump fully submerged.
- Ajust de cabal: Some models may feature a flow control slider or knob. Adjust this to achieve the desired water flow rate for your fountain or water feature.
- Funcionament continu: The pump is designed for continuous use. Monitor water levels regularly to prevent dry running, which can damage the pump.

Manteniment
Un manteniment regular garanteix un rendiment òptim i allarga la vida útil de la bomba.
- Desconnecteu l'alimentació: Always unplug the pump from the power supply before any maintenance.
- Clean Intake Grille: Periodically remove the pump from the water and clean the intake grille to remove any accumulated debris, leaves, or algae. This prevents blockages and maintains flow.
- Neteja de l'impel·lent: If flow significantly decreases, the impeller may be clogged.
- Remove the pump cover (refer to diagram if available, usually by unclipping or unscrewing).
- Carefully remove the impeller and clean it thoroughly with a soft brush and clean water.
- Inspect the impeller and its housing for any damage or wear.
- Reassemble the pump, ensuring all parts are correctly seated.
- Emmagatzematge d'hivern: During freezing temperatures, remove the pump from the pond. Clean it thoroughly and store it in a frost-free location, submerged in water if possible, or ensure it is completely dry to prevent damage.
