4. Instal·lació

The AXA Slim Steady LED Back Light is designed for rear mounting on bicycle racks or fenders with 80 mm bolt spacing.

4.1 Muntatge de la llum

1. Identify the mounting holes on your bicycle's rear rack or fender. The light requires two holes spaced 80 mm apart.
2. Position the AXA Slim Steady LED Back Light against the mounting surface, aligning its bolt holes with those on your bicycle.
3. Secure the light using the provided mounting hardware (screws, washers, and nuts). Ensure the screws are tightened firmly but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the light housing.

4.2 Connexió elèctrica

5. Funcionament

The AXA Slim Steady LED Back Light operates automatically when connected to a functioning dynamo system.

• Main Light Function: When the bicycle is in motion and the dynamo is generating power, the LED back light will illuminate, providing continuous rear visibility.
• Parking Light Function: The integrated capacitor stores energy while you are riding. When you stop (e.g., at a traffic light), the parking light function activates, keeping the LED illuminated for approximately 4 minutes. This ensures continued visibility even when stationary.
