Instruccions de funcionament
1. Lighting the Charcoal with Touch-N-Go Gas Ignition:
- Ensure a 14.1 or 16.4 oz. disposable LP cylinder is connected to the ignition system.
- Arrange charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal on the charcoal grate.
- Open the gas supply valve and press the ignition button. A flame will ignite the charcoal.
- Allow the charcoal to light thoroughly, typically until covered in a light gray ash.
- Once lit, turn off the gas supply.

2. Cuinar:
- Place food on the Hinged GBS BBQ System steel cooking grate. The grate is designed to accommodate various cooking accessories.
- Utilize the Tuck-Away lid holder to keep the lid conveniently off the ground while checking food.
- Monitor cooking temperature using the built-in lid thermometer.
- Set the Backlit LCD cook timer for precise cooking durations.

1. Ash Removal:
The One-Touch cleaning system simplifies ash removal. After the grill has cooled completely, use the handle to sweep ash from the bowl into the removable aluminized steel, high-capacity ash catcher. Dispose of ash safely.
