2. Salvaguardes importants

4. Configuració
Abans del primer ús
- Wash all parts (except the motor base) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Place the freezer bowl in the freezer for at least 24 to 48 hours. The bowl must be completely frozen before you begin. To test if the bowl is frozen, shake it; if you do not hear liquid sloshing around, it is ready.
5. Muntatge
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and level countertop.
- Insert the frozen freezer bowl into the motor base. Ensure it sits securely.
- Place the mixing paddle into the center of the freezer bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Position the transparent lid on top of the motor base, aligning the tabs on the lid with the slots on the base. Twist clockwise until the lid locks into place.
6. Instruccions de funcionament
- Prepare your ice cream, gelato, or sorbet mixture according to your recipe. Ensure the mixture is chilled before adding it to the machine for best results.
- Plug the unit into an electrical outlet. The LCD screen will illuminate.
- Press the desired program button (Ice Cream, Gelato, or Sorbet). The default time will appear on the LCD screen (e.g., 25 minutes for Ice Cream). You can adjust the time using the up/down arrows.
- Press the Start/Stop button to begin the mixing process.
- Immediately pour your chilled mixture through the ingredient spout in the transparent lid.
- The machine will churn the mixture until the set time expires, then it will automatically shut off. The ice cream will be soft-serve consistency. For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for an additional 2-4 hours.

7. Adding Mix-ins
Mix-ins such as chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, or candy can be added during the last 5 minutes of the churning cycle. Simply open the ingredient spout on the transparent lid and slowly add your desired mix-ins. The mixing paddle will incorporate them evenly into the frozen dessert.
