Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Mitel 6867i SIP Phone. The Mitel 6867i is designed for users requiring advanced communication features and high-quality audio. It features HD wideband audio, an enhanced speakerphone, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, a large color LCD display, and programmable keys.

Configuració

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel 6867i SIP Phone. Ensure all components are present before beginning.

1. Desembalatge i comprovació de components

Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that the following components are included:

• Mitel 6867i SIP Phone base unit
• Telèfon
• Cordó de l'auricular
• Cable Ethernet
• Suport d'escriptori
• (Power supply not included - typically sold separately or provided by your service provider)

2. Fixació del suport d'escriptori

Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit. Press firmly until it clicks into place. The stand allows for two viewangles d'ajust.

3. Connexió del telèfon

Connect one end of the coiled handset cord to the handset and the other end to the handset port on the phone base unit.

4. Network and Power Connections

The Mitel 6867i supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an optional AC power adapter (not included).

1. Connexió Ethernet: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to a network switch or router. If using PoE, the phone will power on automatically.
2. Optional AC Power (if not using PoE): If PoE is not available, connect an appropriate 48V AC power adapter (not included) to the power port on the back of the phone, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.

5. Arrencada inicial

Once connected, the phone will power on and begin its boot-up sequence. This may take a few minutes as it connects to the network and registers with your VoIP service provider. The display will show progress and eventually indicate readiness for use.

Instruccions de funcionament

Fent una trucada

• Aixequeu el control: Aixequeu l'auricular o premeu la tecla Altaveu button, or press an available Línia clau.

Control de volum

Utilitza el Volum buttons (typically located below the display) to adjust the handset, speakerphone, or ringer volume.

Premeu el botó Altaveu button to activate or deactivate the speakerphone function during a call.

Ús d'auriculars

Connect a compatible headset to the headset port on the phone. Press the Auriculars button to switch between headset and handset/speakerphone modes. The Mitel 6867i supports native DHSG/EHS headsets.

Funcions de gestió de trucades

• Manteniu: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Aguanta button or soft key. The call will be placed on hold. Press again to resume.
• Transferència: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Transferència button or soft key. Dial the number to transfer to, then press Transferència again (for blind transfer) or wait for the party to answer and announce the call before pressing Transferència (for attended transfer).
• Conferència: Durant una trucada activa, premeu Conferència button or soft key. Dial the number of the third party. Once connected, press Conferència de nou per unir-se a tots els partits.

Manteniment

Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Mitel 6867i SIP Phone.

• Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, lleugerament damp, lint-free cloth to clean the phone's surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or aerosol sprays, as these can damage the finish and internal components.
• Cura de la pantalla: For the LCD display, use a screen-specific cleaner if necessary, applied to a cloth, not directly to the screen.
• Medi ambient: Keep the phone away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Ensure it is placed on a stable surface.
• Cordons: Regularly check all cords (handset, Ethernet) for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary.

Resolució de problemes

If you encounter issues with your Mitel 6867i SIP Phone, refer to the following common problems and solutions.

Sense alimentació/Pantalla apagada

• Comproveu la font d'alimentació: Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to a PoE-enabled port, or that the AC power adapter (if used) is properly connected to the phone and a working power outlet.
• Verificar el PoE: Confirm that the network switch port provides Power over Ethernet.
• Try Different Outlet/Port: Test with a different power outlet or network port.

Sense to de marcatge

• Connexió de xarxa: Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected and the network is active.
• SIP Registration: Check the phone's display for any "Not Registered" or "Network Error" messages. Contact your VoIP service provider if the phone fails to register.

• Handset/Headset Issue: Test with speakerphone or a different handset/headset if possible.

Les claus no responen
