Configuració i instal·lació
1. Instal·lació del motor
- Muntatge: Secure the Sunnysky X2212-10 motor to your multicopter frame using the provided screws and mounting plate. Ensure the motor is firmly attached and there is no wobble.
- Propeller Attachment: Attach the appropriate propeller for your multicopter setup to the motor shaft. Ensure the propeller is balanced and tightened securely to prevent detachment during flight.

2. ESC Connection
- Motor to ESC: Connect the three wires from the Sunnysky motor to the three output wires of the SimonK 30A ESC. The order of these wires determines the motor's rotation direction. If the motor spins in the wrong direction, swap any two of the three wires.
- ESC to Flight Controller/Receiver: Connect the signal cable (usually a three-wire servo connector: signal, positive, negative) from the ESC to the appropriate motor output channel on your flight controller or receiver. The BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) in the ESC provides 5V power to the receiver/flight controller.
- Battery to ESC: Connect the main power leads (red and black) of the ESC to your compatible LiPo battery (2S-4S). Ensure correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative).

3. ESC Calibration (Throttle Range)
For optimal performance, it is crucial to calibrate the ESC's throttle range with your flight controller or radio transmitter. The exact procedure may vary depending on your flight controller firmware or radio system, but a common method is as follows:
- Turn on your radio transmitter and set the throttle stick to its maximum position.
- Connect the main battery to the ESC. The ESC will emit a series of beeps.
- Once the beeps indicate the maximum throttle has been recognized (consult your flight controller/ESC documentation for specific beep patterns), move the throttle stick to its minimum position.
- The ESC will emit another series of beeps, confirming the minimum throttle has been set.
- Disconnect the battery. The ESC is now calibrated.
Note: Refer to your flight controller's manual for precise ESC calibration instructions, as some systems may have automated calibration features.
Instruccions de funcionament
- Comprovació prèvia al vol: Before each flight, inspect all wiring connections, motor mounts, and propeller tightness. Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely mounted.
- Seqüència d'encesa: Turn on your radio transmitter first, then connect the battery to the multicopter. Wait for the flight controller and ESCs to initialize (indicated by LED lights and/or beeps).
- Armat: Arm your flight controller according to its specific procedure (e.g., stick commands). The motors will typically twitch or spin slowly to indicate they are armed.
- Control de l'accelerador: Gradually increase the throttle to lift off. Maintain smooth control inputs.
- Seqüència d'apagada: Land the multicopter, disarm the flight controller, and then disconnect the battery. Turn off your radio transmitter last.
Manteniment
- Neteja: Regularly clean the motor and ESC to remove dust, dirt, and debris. Use compressed air or a soft brush. Avoid using liquids directly on electronic components.
- Inspecció: Periodically inspect motor bearings for smoothness and listen for unusual noises during operation. Check all wires for fraying or damage, and ensure connectors are clean and tight.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the motor and ESC in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Disconnect batteries during storage.
Resolució de problemes
| Problema | Causa possible | Solució |
|---|---|---|
| El motor no gira ni tremola. | Incorrect ESC calibration, loose motor wires, damaged motor/ESC, incorrect propeller attachment. | Recalibrate ESC. Check all three motor-to-ESC connections. Inspect motor and ESC for visible damage. Ensure propeller is not binding. |
| Motor spins in the wrong direction. | Incorrect motor wire connection order. | Swap any two of the three motor wires connected to the ESC. |
| ESC beeps continuously or irregularly. | Vol de bateria baixatage, throttle signal error, ESC error. | Comproveu el volum de la bateriatage. Ensure throttle signal cable is correctly connected to the flight controller/receiver. Recalibrate ESC. |
| Loss of power during flight. | Battery depletion, loose power connection, ESC overheating. | Ensure battery is fully charged. Check main power connections. Allow ESC to cool if overheated. |
