Configuració

1. Attaching Sandpaper:
   • Assegureu-vos que la polidora estigui desendollada.
   • Align the holes on the 5-inch hook & loop sanding disc with the holes on the sander's pad.
   • Premeu fermament el disc de polir sobre el coixinet per fixar-lo.

2. Attaching Dust Bag:
   • Slide the dust bag onto the dust port until it locks securely in place.
   • Alternatively, connect a compatible dust collector (DWV010, DWV012, or other 1-1/4 in. vacuum systems with DWV9000 Universal Quick Connector) to the dust port.

3. Connexió d'alimentació:
   • Plug the sander into a standard 120V AC power outlet.

Funcionament

1. Starting the Sander:
   • Agafeu fermament la polidora amb les dues mans.
   • Place the sanding pad flat on the workpiece.
   • Slide the dust-sealed switch to the ON position.
2. Tècnica de poliment:
   • Apply light, even pressure. Allow the sander's weight and orbital action to do the work.
   • Move the sander in smooth, overlapping passes across the surface. Avoid pressing too hard or holding the sander in one spot, as this can create swirl marks or gouges.
   • For best results, sand with the grain of the wood.

3. Stopping the Sander:
   • Lift the sander from the workpiece.
   • Slide the dust-sealed switch to the OFF position.
   • Unplug the tool when finished or before making adjustments.

Manteniment

• Cleaning the Dust Bag: Empty the dust bag frequently to maintain optimal dust collection efficiency. To empty, twist and pull the dust bag from the port, then shake out the contents.
• Cleaning the Sander: Netegeu periòdicament l'exterior de l'eina amb un drap suau i sec.amp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure ventilation openings are clear of dust and debris.
