5. Configuració
5.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
Unitat principal:
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the main unit.
- Insert 3 x 1.5V AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.
Sensor exterior sense fil:
- Obriu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del sensor.
- Insert 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).

5.2. Col·locació del sensor
Place the wireless outdoor sensor in a sheltered location outdoors. It should be protected from direct sunlight, rain, and other extreme weather conditions to ensure accurate temperature and humidity readings. The maximum transmission range between the sensor and the main unit is approximately 30 meters in open air. Avoid placing it near large metal objects or electronic devices that could interfere with the signal.
5.3. Sincronització inicial
After battery installation in both units, the main unit will automatically attempt to synchronize with the outdoor sensor and receive the radio-controlled time signal. This process may take a few minutes. Ensure both units are within range during this initial setup. If synchronization fails, try relocating the units or re-inserting the batteries in both the main unit and the sensor.
6. Instruccions de funcionament
6.1. Mostra mésview
The large, backlit display provides comprehensive information at a glance:
- Hora: Displays in 12-hour or 24-hour format.
- Date, Month, Day: Mostra la data i el dia actuals de la setmana.
- Fase de la Lluna: Indicates the current lunar phase.
- Temperatura i humitat interiors: Current readings for the main unit's location.
- Temperatura i humitat exteriors: Current readings from the wireless sensor.
- Icones de previsió meteorològica: Graphical representation of predicted weather conditions (e.g., sunny, cloudy, rainy).
- Comfort Index Icons: Visual indicators of indoor comfort levels based on temperature and humidity.
6.2. Configuració de l'hora i la data
The SWS 51 B features a radio-controlled clock for automatic time synchronization. If the signal is weak or unavailable, you can manually set the time and date:
- Manteniu premut el botó MODE or SET button (refer to your unit's specific button labels) to enter time setting mode.
- Utilitza el UP or ABAIX botons per ajustar el valor intermitent (per exemple, hora, minut, any, mes, dia).
- Premeu MODE or SET again to confirm the setting and move to the next parameter.
- Sortiu del mode de configuració prement MODE or SET repeatedly until the normal display resumes, or wait for automatic exit.
6.3. Funció d'alarma i repetició d'alarma
Per configurar i utilitzar l'alarma:
- Configuració de l'alarma: Premeu el botó ALARMA button once to display the alarm time. Press and hold the ALARMA button to enter alarm setting mode. Use the Amunt/Avall buttons to adjust the hour and minute, pressing ALARMA per confirmar cada configuració.
- Activació/desactivació de l'alarma: Mentre es mostra l'hora de l'alarma, premeu el botó ALARMA button to toggle the alarm on or off. An alarm icon will appear on the display when activated.
- Funció de posposar: Quan soni l'alarma, premeu el botó DORMITAR button (often labeled as LIGHT/SNOOZE) to temporarily silence it. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes. To stop the alarm completely, press any other button.
6.4. Max/Min Memory
The weather station records the maximum and minimum indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity values since the last reset:

- Manteniu premut el botó MAX/MIN button to clear the recorded maximum and minimum values.
6.5. Llum de fons
The display features a backlight for improved visibility in low light conditions. This is typically activated by pressing the LLUM / SNOOZE button. The backlight will illuminate for a few seconds and then turn off automatically to conserve battery power.
7. Manteniment
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical agents, as these may damage the casing o pantalla.
- If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries from both the main unit and the sensor to prevent potential leakage and damage.
- Ensure the outdoor sensor's battery compartment is securely closed to prevent moisture ingress, which can damage the electronics.
