1. Introducció
Osmo Wash and Care is a specialized water-soluble cleaning concentrate designed for the everyday cleaning and care of oiled and waxed wood floors. Its unique formulation, based on natural oils, ensures thorough cleaning without stripping the protective coating. This product helps prevent the wood from drying out and cracking, providing a low-maintenance, slip-resistant surface. It is free of solvents, dyes, aromas, and film-building substances, supporting a healthy living environment.
Osmo Wash and Care is also suitable for cleaning and caring for furniture, doors, wall, and ceiling paneling.

2. Configuració
2.1 Preparació de la superfície
Before applying Osmo Wash and Care, ensure the surface is free of loose debris. We recommend using an Osmo Dust-Mop or a conventional vacuum cleaner or broom to remove dust and dirt.
2.2 Instruccions de dilució
Osmo Wash and Care is a concentrated product and must be diluted before use. For general cleaning, add approximately 2 capfuls (1 fl. oz. / 30 ml) of Wash and Care per gallon of cold water. Ensure the mixture is well-stirred before application.

3. Instruccions de funcionament
3.1 Manual Application (Damp fregar)
- Prepare the diluted Wash and Care solution as per Section 2.2.
- Damp a microfiber mop or cloth with the solution. Ensure the mop is well-wrung to avoid excessive moisture on the floor.
- Clean the floor by wiping with the damp mop. For best results, use two buckets: one with the soap solution and the second with clean water to rinse the dirty mop.
- Do not mix with other cleaners.

3.2 Machine Application
For larger areas or commercial use, distribute the diluted Wash and Care solution with a pump sprayer. Loosen dirt with a single-disk machine (e.g., Osmo FloorXcenter) and a white pad. Wipe the area clean by hand or by using a Microfiber Pad in combination with the machine.

4. Manteniment
Regular use of Osmo Wash and Care helps maintain the protective qualities of your oiled or waxed wood surfaces. It moisturizes the wood’s surface to prevent drying and cracking, contributing to its longevity and appearance.
4.1 Intensive Cleaning and Refreshing
For areas with heavy wear or for intensive refreshing of waxed or oiled floors, we recommend using WOCA Maintenance Oil or WOCA Maintenance Gel, or an undiluted application with one coat of Osmo Polyx-Oil. Always ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying maintenance products.

7. Solució De Problemes
- Streaking after cleaning: Ensure the mop is well-wrung and not overly saturated. Use clean water to rinse the mop frequently.
- Ineffective cleaning: For very dirty floors, pre-clean with an intensive wood cleaner before using Osmo Wash and Care. Ensure correct dilution ratio.
- Drying time issues: Lower room temperature or higher relative humidity may increase drying times. Ensure adequate ventilation.
